Healthy Habits for Musicians

This course is all about forming healthy habits. You might know everything there is to know about injury prevention, but if you don’t consistently practice the strategies, they won’t help you! The wellness strategies that we’re going to cover in this course are learned skills. Just like playing an instrument, they take time to master, and there are no quick fixes. Over time, as you implement and practice the strategies, you will see results. You can expect to cultivate a new understanding about the connections between mind, body, and musicianship, to become more in tune with your body and your mind, and to develop a more focused, healthy practice routine.
